1. Application for fee concession

Sir,
          Most respectfully, I beg to state that my father is a poor man. He is a Naib Qasid by profession. His pay is very small, and family a big one. Our family consists of ten members. You know, prices of things are rising to the sky. It is very difficult for him to sustain us.
          It is requested that I may please be granted full fee-concession, so as to enable me to carry on my studies.  
I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.

2. Application for Change of subject

Sir,
          Most respectfully, I beg to state that I took up Ecocomics while selecting subjects. It was in fact a  wrong decision. I came to know later that it was a little bit difficult for me to study Economics. Graphs are difficult for me to understand.
It is, therefore, requested that I may very kindly be allowed to change this subject for Urdu Elective.

Sir,
          Most respectfully, I beg to state that I have been absent for almost one week. It is because I have been ill. There was nobody at home to convey my application to college. I have been under treatment of Dr. Ali. I have come to know that my name has been struck off.
          Sir, I am very fond of reading. It is requested that I may please be re-admitted to college so that I may continue my studies. Medical certificate is attached for your kind information please.

5. Application for Remission of fine

I have been under treatment of Dr. Ali. I have come to know that I have been fined one hundred rupees for being absent.
It is requested that my fine may please be remitted. Medical certificate is attached for your kind information please.

It is requested that correction be made to my lectures.

7. Application for apology

          Most respectfully, I beg to state that I rendered mis-behaviour to my lecturer. It was just because of a question which I put to him. He felt that I did so to trouble him. In fact, I wanted some clarification. I was not allowed to sit in the class. I begged pardon of my lecturer, which he refused till I apologise in black and white.
          It is requested that I am sorry for my mis-behaviour. I may please be excused for that.
